After years of being asked if I offered a facial membership program, I officially started one in February of this year. I was hesitant for several reasons, but I gave it some thought and decided that I could develop something really special with people who are some of my biggest supporters. I’ve worked really hard to create benefits that all of my members can enjoy, so let’s get into it.

First, there’s the discounted rate. My current facial pricing is $85, while the membership costs just $70-that’s a $15 difference! Should you wish to come in more than once a month, you would be charged the membership rate for any additional facial as well. While most people come in just once a month, you may find yourself in need of more frequent treatments one day, and you can rest assured that it’ll be as affordable as possible.

As we all know, to truly get results, we need to be using the right products for our skin at home. All of my members are given a discount code to use on my website, where they get 10% off any size order. This discount can be stacked with any other discount that I may be offering at the time (i.e. if I have a promotion for 15% off, members will get the 15% off PLUS their 10% off). My newest benefit is that all orders over $150 will also receive FREE shipping! There is a separate discount code for this, and of course both codes can be used together. Don’t forget that I offer Afterpay on my website, so that you can break your total down into four biweekly payments (yet you receive your order right away!). Check out my blog post answering all your questions regarding Afterpay. So yes, you can stack discounts, get free shipping, AND use Afterpay all for the same order. How’s that for savings?

Aging isn’t typically celebrated in the beauty world, but birthdays are a big deal in mine. Members will receive their choice between a number of add ons options during their birthday month, such as a complimentary eye treatment, lip treatment, sheet mask, etc. These add ons are usually valued at $10+, but will be my gift to you during your special month.

Speaking of gifts, I’m not done yet. The newest membership benefit is very exciting…I’m now offering quarterly presents! Every January, April, July, and October, members will receive a gift. They can range from full sized products (July’s is the Image Skincare Ormedic Balancing Lip Enhancement Complex, a treatment room fave and valued at $25!) to sample bags, sheet masks, etc. What a treat!

You might be wondering how this works. I promise, it’s incredibly easy. Members will leave a card on file, and that card will be charged $70 (+ tax) on the first of every month. To keep things simple in case of any issues, I will not be able to add gratuity to that payment. However, you are more than welcome to use the card on file to do so at checkout, should you wish. I suggest making your monthly appointment as soon as possible to ensure that you can get in on your desired date/time, and if snafus come up I will work with you as best I can. I don’t allow “stacking” appointments, meaning that you can’t pay for Jan/Feb/March and try to use all of them in April. I am not requiring any commitments either-you may cancel your membership at any time (simply reach out, no questions asked!). However, this is not something where you can skip a month and resume when it suits. The discounted membership rate is only for those who are going to take their monthly sessions seriously. Of course, membership is not for everyone and those who may not have the time for a monthly facial might be better off on an less regular basis at the regular rate. We don’t all have the same circumstances, and I totally get it! I promise that everyone gets the same quality facial treatment, regardless of membership.
